General Questions
CAN YOU MAKE ME A CUSTOM PIECE?
I currently only offer custom orders on my personalised clay ornaments. Unfortunately I cannot currently offer any other custom pieces due to time contraints.
CAN I SEND AN ITEM DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, of course! Be sure to amend the shipping address and leave a note before checking out. You can also add gift wrap for a small extra cost in order to make the surprise extra special.
WHAT IS YOUR ETHOS ON PACKAGING?
I make sure to reduce and repurpose packaging materials whenever I can! Depending on what you've ordered, your package may include a preloved cardboard box that's still in great condition or bubble wrap and packing peanuts that I have saved over time. If you would like, you can leave me a note at checkout asking for "reduced packaging". This means your order won't include a printed invoice, biodegradable sleeves, or a thank you card. But don't worry, it will still be packaged with love and care!
DO YOU WHOLESALE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, I do offer wholesale and always look forward to making new connections with other small businesses! You can read my wholesale info here before deciding to reach out.
Dispatch & Delivery
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
I aim to dispatch most orders within 3 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends). If you have placed a custom order, dispatch time may vary but will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
DO YOU POST INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, however, due to the delicate nature of some of my creations, not all items will be available for international post. This will be indicated in each individual listing.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Once orders are dispatched into the mail system, unfortunately they are no longer within my control.
On average, orders to the UK & Ireland should arrive within 3-5 days after dispatch and international orders can take up to 14 days.
Postage upgrades are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Cancellation & Returns
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT AN ORDER?
Orders for ready-to-ship items can be cancelled as long as you have not yet received a dispatch notification.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to return an item please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. Orders must be returned in their original state and original packaging where possible. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
